1. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and workmanship. Damage due to chemical abuse or personal abuse will not be covered under warranty. However, most problems can be fixed. For repair of your liner the same steps will be taken as if it were a normal warranty, but you will need to pay for the repairs before your liner will be shipped back to you.

2. What is the first step I take after I find a problem with my Splash Pool?
The first step that should be taken is to contact the dealer you purchased the pool from. This dealer can help greatly in getting things taken care of. If for some reason you cannot contact the dealer then feel free to contact the Splash Warranty Department at 1-800-927-7527.

3. What information will the dealer or Splash need when I call them?
When you call you will need to have certain information available to expedite the process. In order to do a warranty claim we require a $100 deposit up front to cover shipping. If the defect is found to be covered by the warranty this deposit may be refunded. Your warranty must be registered. If your warranty is not registered you will be required to fax something showing you are the original purchaser of the pool. You will also need to know the size of the pool, the serial number, and a description of the problem.

4. Where can I find the Serial # on my pool?
The serial number is on a white patch about the size of a dollar bill. It will have the Splash Logo and the serial number will be written under that. It can normally be located on the skimmer corner.

5. How do I prepare my Splash Pool for shipping?
In order to ship your splash pool back to the factory for repairs, you must take the pool down. Ensure the pool is clean, dry and all fittings are taken out. If the pool is not clean and dry charges may apply. The pool must then be folded and put back in its bag or wrapped in a tarp. Dealers are not responsible for cleaning or packaging your pool. If the pool is not completely covered the freight company may not accept the shipment. Any freight damages that may occur due to improper packaging or due to fittings being left in the liner will be repaired at the cost of the pool owner.

6. How do I check status on my warranty claim?
Normal rule of thumb is the pool will be shipped back to you within two weeks of us getting it here at Splash . If it has been over two weeks since we have had the pool at the factory and you have allowed for shipping time each way, feel free to contact the Splash Pools Warranty Department for status.
